§ 24, paragraph 3, rtr allows the owner to remove his personal property from abandoned dwellings. This includes removing personal belongings from lockers, etc. If the owner decides that a property has been abandoned, Article 25(1.b RTR requires the owner to make and keep an inventory of that property as soon as the property has been removed from the rental unit and to keep the details of the disposition and inventory for two years. In addition, once removed from the rental unit, personal property must be kept in a safe place for a period of at least 60 days if the property is considered to be worth five hundred dollars or more). Under Article 25(2) of the RTR, the owner may sell or sell the asset in stock in accordance with Article 25(1) of the RTR.
