One of my early projects I got a bit obsessed with was the idea of being able to add freeze dried powders to my morning smoothies!

I started with strawberries, then moved on to spinach and blueberries. Pineapple was a definite adventure! And when some yogurt bites I tried went a little sideways, I powdered those up too and now have strawberry and peach yogurt powder.

(Ignore the MSG in the smoothie apothecary, I just needed a place to stash it. LOL)

I’m still considering trying a few more items! Kiwi is high on my list, and maybe some sort of melon? And more berries!
